  • Diesel injector reconditioning: £110 INC VAT
This does not include labour to remove and refit your fuel injectors or any other associated labour. 

This price does not include return postage if you send us your injectors to test / recondition.
 

Diesel injector testing and cleaning

Here at Autolusso we have the equipment to not only test your diesel fuel injectors but also clean and recondition them. If your Alfa Romeo has a starting issue, a poor idle, misfiring or power issues then there is a strong possibility that you have a fuel injection issue.

A common cause of injector failure is due to the injector being clogged or dirty. This is because the carbon build-up restricts the fuel flow rate and causes the injector to underperform.

We can offer this service to all diesel Alfa Romeo models. The equipment we use is from Merlin Diesel and more information can be found on their web site 

  
 

            


Petrol injector testing and cleaning

We have the most up to date equipment to test and clean your petrol injectors.

ASNU have created a concept called "Injector Diagnostics", a testing and servicing programme where the injectors' Fuel Distribution, Fuel Droplet Formation, Fuel Atomisation and Fuel Delivery are all visually and physically checked and tested as a starting point, rather than as a last resort.

Without "Injector Diagnostics", it is impossible for garages to correctly, economically or efficiently, solve problems with fuel injected engines.

The process

  • Injectors are checked visually and bench tested for performance under a range of conditions
  • The injectors are then ultrasonically cleaned
  • The rubber sealing rings, plastic protection caps and filter baskets are replaced
  • The injectors are then retested to ensure all the injectors are performing as a matched and balanced set

Why should you have your injectors cleaned and tested?

Servicing injectors will save time and money on repair bills, and prolong the life of inlet and exhaust valves, piston compression rings, lambda/oxygen sensors and the catalytic exhaust system.


Our equipment is particularly good for the following engines with direct fuel injectors and can totally revitalize running;

  • Alfa Romeo 159 / Brera / Giulietta / 4C with 1750 Tbi
